Evaluate yourself by reviewing a video taped routine.
Request an evaluation from other magicians....distribute an evaluation sheet.
Ask for suggestions. Be receptive. (See article on "Giving Feedback".)
Gauge your audience reaction.
Follow up one-to-one with other magicians.

Random Thoughts.....

Closely observe other performers to evaluate what you like. Understanding what you don't like is equally as important in establishing and developing your own personal best.

Remember....a trick is only a trick. You need to add the personality, style and skill to create an entertaining routine.
